Here at E Partridge Building Services we offer a unique service working closely with a team of architects and design technicians.
Together we can literally build to your budget – ensuring your costs don't get out of control.
Firstly we will work with you to design your project and submit it to the local planning authority.
When planning has been obtained, we can then draw-up a full set of construction drawings and sort-out the structural calculations and building regulations.
We can then offer the service of a full Quantity Surveyor report and a fixed price JCT (standard building) contract. This way you will be fully protected and you will have the peace of mind that the price we quote is the price you pay!
